Move your settings to another computer#

Your machine settings, tools, post-processors and form defaults live in your browser. Save them to a file to move or back them up.

Save#

1. Click Setup.
2. Under Settings File, click Export.

You get a .fkset file.

Load#

1. On the other computer, click Setup → Settings File → Import….
2. Tick the parts you want.
3. For your own backup, tick Machine, stock defaults, form values, Machine tab and interface too. Leave them unticked for someone else's file.
4. To avoid duplicate tools, set Tools to Replace.
5. Click Import.

Click Export a backup first if offered. Settings can't be undone.

Reset the machine settings#

Setup → Restore default machine settings… puts machine limits and feeds back. Your tools and stock stay.
