Home and zero#
Run won't start until X, Y and Z are zeroed on the stock.
Home (if you have limit switches)#
Under Home & Zero, click Home → All.
No limit switches? Untick Limit switches in the section header.
Zero#
- Read the line under the buttons. It says where to zero (from Setup).
- Jog the bit to that corner of the stock.
- Click Zero → X and Zero → Y.
- Jog Z down until the bit touches the surface, or use a touch plate.
- Click Zero → Z.
A ✓ appears beside each zeroed axis.
Zeros cleared?#
Disconnecting, disabling motors or an alarm clears the ✓ marks. Home that axis again. If nothing changed, the ✓ comes back. Otherwise zero again.
Changed the bit? Always zero Z again.
Go back to zero#
Click Go → Safe Z, then X0 Y0.
